Correct winner = 1 point. Correct score = 3 points. Confidence multiplier: 5-star confidence = 2x points, 4-star = 1.5x.

Is FanPick really free?

Yes. Every feature is free. Supported by ads. No payment, no subscription, no premium tier.

Do I need to create an account?

No. FanPick uses your browser to save predictions. No email, password, or account needed.

FanPick ("we", "us", or "our") operates fanpick.org. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: Nickname, predictions, group names, and top scorer predictions. These are stored to provide the prediction service.

Information collected automatically: A random user identifier (localStorage), browser fingerprint hash (anti-abuse only), and IP address (via Cloudflare, retained 72 hours).

Cookies

Essential cookies (localStorage) are used to save your predictions. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only loaded after you provide consent via our cookie banner.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics for traffic analysis, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Google AdSense for advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

Predictions are retained for 12 months after the relevant event ends. Server logs (Cloudflare) are retained for 72 hours.
